Health coaching combines education with behavior change strategies to help individuals pursue their health goals and take action for optimal health. Our Health Coaches explore key areas of lifestyle that relate to and impact one’s wellness such as nutrition, exercise, and stress management in an effort to help clients clarify a path to healthy lifestyle changes. Through this collaborative approach, clients are coached towards the development of personal wellness goals such as weight loss, improved fitness, increased energy, and better overall health. Our Health Coaches possess academic degrees and/or are nationally certified in Health or Wellness Coaching by accredited organizations.

New clients must begin with an initial 1-hour session (two of the 30-min sessions can be used for the initial 1-hour session if a package is purchased).
