Adults and children can learn about running while receiving individual instruction from an experienced instructor in a pressure free environment.
Running Training Programs
Running programs are offered throughout the year. To register, stop by the Service Desk. Click here for running class details and to register.
Couch 2 5K: If you have been tempted to run a 5k but didn’t know how to train, this is the class for you. You will start with run/walk intervals and progress to running the entire class.
5K-2-10K: If you are ready to move beyond a 5k this is the class for you. You will start training at a 2 mile distance and progress to the 6.2 miles needed to accomplish your first 10K.
